You’re probably aware I have had a Matty Collector Ghostbusters collection (Ecto-Containment Blog Post, January 9, 2018) for a number of years now. The one Matty Collectible I hadn’t posted about exclusively or wrote about previously is their version of the traveler. That all changed today when I took photos, created a new page under Matty Collector, and wrote about the only 20 inch Stay-Puft! Photo Source: Ecto-Containment

Metal Die-cast company Jada Toys Inc. has created a line of Ghostbusters figures made from a metal die-cast. I know you’re asking yourself, what no Stay-Puft? “We won’t pay.” Thanks to ghosthead Jason Bischoff we know Jada knows their target audience. Do you even 'bust, bro? Check out these new figs coming from Jada (HT: @prometheanworks for the images). pic.twitter.com/fUAb3wGLFm — Ghostbusters HQ (@ghostbustershq) May 6, 2016 Each of the individual 4″ Ghostbusters… Read More

Funko recently announced wave 2 of their Pop! Tees. Among the likes of some jokerish space civil war t-shirts is the above Ghostbusters Pop! t-shirt. We know Pop! Movies Winston Zeddemore (iRich Blog Post, December 28, 2014) is smaller in scale, that isn’t a reason to exclude him. You may remember Funko originally released (Ecto-Containment Blog Post, July 11, 2015) a Ghostbusters Pop! Tee as a SDCC 2015 exclusive. Which was later sold at retailers and on-line…. Read More

When there’s something immediately happening in Japan with Ghostbusters, all I need to do is see a tweet/or re-tweet from Ghostbusters Japan. (Twitter) This is where I recently learned a new Ghostbusters collectible is coming out and it seems so Japanese. I say that with the highest of compliments. As on-line software translation isn’t perfect I didn’t quite get the idea of these Daruma toys. I chalked it up as another type of… Read More

Back at February’s New York Toy Fair Ghostbusters licensee PPW Toys had their upcoming Ghostbusters Mr. Potato Heads and nesting dolls on display. (GBI Blog Post, February 14, 2016) Not that surprising I wasn’t familiar enough with PPW Toys. Checking out their site gave me a better idea of their partnerships and pricing. Today PPW Toys has given us a better look at their Ghostbusters products. Let’s take a closer look!

You may remember in October I wrote a few posts about Ghostbusters confectionaries. (Ecto-Containment Tag) That is if you live in either the UK or a country where they can be shipped to. Since I imagine the cost of shipping candy which will either melt or expire could be very costly for an international company, in North America we either wrote about them or dealt with our emotions. Or both. 😀 One of… Read More

Our associates at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment sent over information and a press release for the Midway Arcade Level Pack along with DC Comics Superman and Aquaman Fun Packs. Naturally additional fun with the Ghostbusters Stay Puft Fun Pack.

Lego Dimensions (US) Ghostbusters level pack is available now. If being a Ghostbusters Lego game of sorts isn’t enough reason to want to add this your LEGO Dimensions game, the great people behind the games were nice enough to send me an email.

Funko recently unveiled two new Ghostbusters Dorbz. This time, they’re going bigger.

Months ago I came across a couple of auctions on a popular auction site for  more current Japanese Ghostbusters merchandise. Since I don’t know when these were made and sold (perhaps they still are) and they’re newer then the Japanese Ghostbusters merchandise I’ve written about (GB Inc. Blog Post, January 15, 2015) and found them interesting I thought I’d share them.

Zoobe shared with ghostheads and anyone who’ll be in a festive mood over the next month that they’ve updated their Ghostbusters Firehouse HQ background. Apparently the guys, Janine, or the rookies found time to mop up ectoplasm and decorate the office for Christmas. You know most of those gifts are for Dr. Venkman. 😀 Check out this slimy Christmas message from Robin Shelby, the actress who played Slimer in the Ghostbusters 2… Read More
