You’ll Need A Reference: The episode title, Back In The Saddle has origins from a popular 1940s cowboy song, “Back In The Saddle Again.” To be back in the saddle, someone or something is operational once again.
A saddle is a seat for a person to sit on more commonly for when they’re riding a horse. Similar, a saddle could be used for a bicycle, farm equipment.

It Just Popped In There: With The Real/Extreme Ghostbusters knowing something bigger is out there, did Peter decide while they wait to go fishing with Garrett? Or more of work, chance to slack off activity?

Sorry, I Missed It: Egon’s “no ghost” logo patch is missing the famous ghost. The animation has been this way at times in both parts. I’m trying not to point it out as much.
It Just Popped In There: I’ll take animated Egon’s word for it that the two ships he mentioned really went missing decades apart.
You’ll Need A Reference: This isn’t the first time The Real Ghostbusters dealt with a geometrically shaped paranormal area. In season 2 Venkman’s Ghost Repellers the team encounters the New Jersey Parallelogram.

Sorry, I Missed It: While geographically correct outside North America, the “no ghost” logos on ECTO-1 are technically facing the “wrong”direction. The infamous logo is drawn/animated this way at times. It was like that during The Real Ghostbusters as well.
Right after this scene when ECTO-1 is on the street the real “no ghost” logo is “right.”

You’ll Need A Reference: In order to break through to “the museum” to battle Vigo during GHOSTBUSTERS II, the Ghostbusters went to Liberty Island. Using mood slime they brought “Ms. Liberty” to life, and together made the journey back to the museum.

You’ll Need A Reference: Fortunately The Real/Extreme Ghostbusters will be able to battle this large entity. Unlike in Ghostbusters II when there was a large ghost hanging around The Washington Square Arch as the river of slime was overflowing beneath and above New York City.

When Zuul chased Louis out of his apartment (across the street from Central Park) Mr. Tully jumped over a wall into the park, trying to escape. It Just Popped In There: How long have The Real (and now Extreme) Ghostbusters been buying two of every food item? No wonder Peter has to rent a fishing boat.
Seriously they know Slimer is a gluttonous ghost who despite entire episodes of The Real Ghostbusters where his appetite has at times gotten them in trouble, they continue to have to lose money and be deprived of slow cooked Turkeys.
