This is a pleasant and unexpected surprise. While I’ve been working on 28 year old Ghostbusters II food campaigns (Ecto-Containment Tag) Netflix (US) has added 5 seasons of The Real Ghostbusters to stream for at least US, CA, UK, and AUS subscribers.
The Real Ghostbusters ran for 7 seasons on both Saturday mornings and usually weekly syndication between 1986-1991. I’m not sure why for example Netflix has 78 episodes under season 1. Also for example there season 3 begins with Flip Side, which should be the beginning of season 4.
If you live in a country where The Real Ghostbusters can also be streamed through Netflix, please let me know.

Thanks, that’s basically what I had figured too. I’m use to the season episodes being numbered in a more familiar way.
I watched the Saturday morning episodes from the beginning in September 1986. I would also watch during the week after I got home from school. I still remember how it felt “strange” I had to wait after the Saturday episode as of course The Real Ghostbusters didn’t air on Sundays. I was 8 at the time, I guess a bit of impatience. 🙂
