Take this with the grains of color plastic, LEGO news site, The Brick Fan posted details about the upcoming Lego Ghostbusters Firehouse. Something I’ve talked about (Ecto-Containment Blog Post, February 4, 2015) on Ecto-Containment and Ghostbusters Inc. (GB Inc. Search Results)

The source for the set number and details would be credible, (Toys’ R Us Canada) however their isn’t a direct link to any press release or product page from TRU Canada. Also this firehouse would be based on Brent Waller’s design.

If true (I look forward to an official announcement from LEGO) here’s what we could be getting as early as January 2016.

Slide the Ghostbusters heroes down the fire pole into action. Chase the ghosts and secure them in the containment unit.

Turn the librarian old lady into a scary ghost with the double-sided face and extra wig! Run tests on Louis in the lab to see if he’s possessed!

Suspend ghosts around the building’s exterior with attachable transparent arms. Dodge the slime oozing up through cracks in the pavement.

    1. I think it will be true (if I’m wrong i’ll go quietly, peacefully…) after reading what other ghostheads (some who also run sites) were saying.

Apparently TRU Canada accidentally added the listing to their site. It may have been in error. I don’t know how long it was up, once it was realized the product page was taken down.

I agree about the price. As it currently seems more expensive then other LEGO buildings you can buy right now. Sounds like we’re getting a lot.

I also look at it fans could have spent about the same or more if LEGO offered some of what’s suppose to be included individually.

Possible s/h and taxes not included.
