Ghostbusters: The Video Game was officially remastered (Ecto-Containment Blog Post, September 6, 2019) on Friday, October 4. I know some ghostheads have already completed the Ghostbusters game which turns 10 this year!

What if you’re stuck somewhere and need a helping hand, so to speak? Maybe need a gaming manual? Or also want to relive (maybe for the first time) the journey or reviews for Ghostbusters: The Video Game?

Although I do own the Prima Official Game Guide and multiple copies of the original Ghostbusters: The Video Game, I wasn’t able to scan the out of print guide(s) to share when I wanted to. That’s where Paul Rudoff of Spook Central came in.

Years ago Paul provided scans of the Prima guides for all then next generation consoles, a non official Gamespot Game Guide, gaming manuals for all then consoles, and 16 worldwide (well US/UK) Ghostbusters: The Video Game articles going back to 2007!

I don’t own either a current next  generation console or the remastered game. Sorta disclaimer: I safely assume the original gaming guides and instructions will mostly be the same for the remastered version. Either way, for the original 2009 game, preservation, and Ghostbusters 35th anniversary these materials are a treasure trove.
